Panic Away by Jo Barry is a self help guide for suffers of Panic and anxiety attacks. I have used Panic Away system to great effect in my personal life and want others to benefit. This review of Panic Away and over view of its content is designed to do this.
I like many others have found the Panic Away system and the One Mover Technique life changing but it is important that fellow suffers make up their own minds based on clear and honest information.
Introduction
This explains the ways people react to panic attacks and why in the vast majority of cases this reaction is wrong and how it fuels the attack. Right from the start Joe identifies that a key way people over come panic attacks is to realize in what ways they are responding wrongly to the symptoms of a panic attack.

This covers the myths and misconceptions related to panic attacks. Joe dispels these by providing a clear and easy to understand information on what a panic attack is , its symptoms and the causes of attacks.

You quickly can see how effective and versatile the One Move Technique is in every day life.

Chapter five
Joe Barry delves deeper in to the mind by explaining how anxiety can be the root cause of panic attacks. Generalized Anxiety disorder (GAD) and its effects on panic attacks is explained. This chapter gives an addition 5 tools to help sufferers remove anxiety completely form their lives.
Chapter six
This covers medicated help and information relating to sufferers seeking medicated help. There are some natural remedies mentioned that can help with the symptoms of fear and anxiety.
In closing Joe Barry tells you have to use your hidden potential and past success to drive success in the future.
I can only speak from my experience the One Move Technique and support from Joe has enabled me to become 100% panic attack free. While I still suffer from some anxiety issues I am very confident with what I have learned form Panic Away I will be beating this very soon.
