Stress-Free Roadmap For Success Checklist

By Natalie R. Manor

Stress is an uninvited intruder that tries to creep its way into your life wherever possible. You have the power to keep the stress out and the peace in, and become a success at anything you do. Whether it is a new position at work or cleaning the house, success without stress is possible. The following is a checklist that you can apply to your life on a daily basis. Stress does not have to take over your life. Success without stress is the best kind of success.
Stress Free Success Checklist:

Create a healthy lifestyle. A healthy lifestyle is critical to your success. Choosing healthier foods and drinks, exercising, getting enough sleep and supplementing your diet with vitamins and minerals your mind and body need for optimal health, will help you to be a more efficient, productive person. Having the energy to accomplish these goals will give you more confidence and help to relieve stress.

Develop a positive attitude. A positive outlook on life, in general, will help ensure that stress stays away. A negative attitude will wear you down. Negative attitudes feed on your energy. Energy you need for your journey to success. Each day, try to smile a little, laugh a lot and find the positive in every aspect of every day. Slowly, your entire outlook on life will change for the better, creating a happy stress free life.

Focus. Create a plan for each day and follow through with it. Emergencies come up, but if you can stick to your tasks the majority of the time, things will be accomplished that much faster. When you can cross off that task as complete, your stress level stays down.

Organize. Clean up your environment. Whether it is at home or at work, a clutter free environment will help you feel more peaceful, therefore keeping the stress away.

Prioritize. That’s it. Just say no. Although everything seems important in life, some things just have to wait. Really take into consideration what is important right now. Then decide what you can do, and what will have to wait or not be done at all. Once you can truly learn to say no, when it is needed, your journey to a stress free success will be truly reached.

Persevere. Keep trying. If you fall, get right back up and try again. Do not give self doubt a chance to intrude into your life. Self doubt will bring you down and will invite stress right in. Your success depends on your persistence to keep moving towards your goals. Hold your head up, learn from your mistakes and move on without that culprit called stress.

Take responsibility. Make knowledgeable decisions and accept responsibilities for any decisions that were not such good choices. Accepting responsibility for your decisions and actions will keep that stress away and keep the peace inside.

Live your life to the fullest and make any changes necessary to keep the stress out and the peace in. Apply the checklist to your life and see your roadmap to stress-free success.
