Stress is main source of being restless, unhappy, eagerness and irritation. Stress harms your, visions, relations and strength. To be fit and fine try to avoid this else your life will get spoiled. If you are already facing stress problem and need solution for being out of it then follow the given solutions. These tips will help you to decrease, manage, and deal with stress.

Meditation

Meditation as a form of alternative medicine brings about mental calmness and physical relaxation by suspending the stream of thoughts that normally occupy the mind. Generally performed once or twice a day for approximately 20 minutes at a time, meditation is used to reduce stress, alter hormone levels, and elevate one’s mood.

Reiki

Reiki is the practice of conveying healing energy through the hands, based on simple, ancient healing techniques. Reiki uses specific hand positions, on or above parts of the body that correspond to the major organs and energy centers, such as the heart. Because the purpose of Reiki is to increase your own self-healing powers, it is helpful for any sort of ailment - physical, mental or emotional.

Yoga

In India Yoga is a traditional system of healing the mind and body. Yoga cleanses the body of toxins, improving muscle tone and blood circulation.

You cannot ignore different situations and conditions of your life, but you can choose not to be internally influenced by this. Some other useful tips for stress management are:

When you think stress is building up internally stop what you are doing and go out for a walk.
When stressed, drink some water or juice.
Change your environment when depressed too much
Take a few fast deep breaths.
Get relaxed by eating favorite food
Use laughter therapy to get rid on it
Do something you are crazy about.
Watch a comedy movie.
Do some physical activity or involve yourself in sports
