Does Your Mind Run Away With Thoughts ?
I don’t necessarily Mean hearing voices in your head.
What I Mean is when you have a lot on your mind , That These
Thoughts rattle around in your head and you cannot stop thinking
about these Thoughts, Mostly because they are important to you.
A lot of these thoughts come from stressful Situations in
your life.
Situations like bills, money, relationships, Health issues, Even
Trouble with the law.
All these situations can and do cause stress,
And stress related thoughts.
And These Stress Related thoughts Can
Drive you mad. Some Times Literally.
These Thoughts that run constantly in your brain.
Can effect your whole being.
In severe cases you become so occupied with
these thoughts and ongoing debates with yourself.
You tend not to take good care of yourself,
Or others you are responsible to take care of.
You Might not do a good job at your work,
You might in extreme cases not even be capable
of even going to work.
Thus feeding the stressful thoughts,
Yes Thats right this situation if not
Properly taken care of actually feeds itself.
Let Me explain, The more you are bothered And
these little conversations you are having with yourself
in your head increase, Your functionality
About your regular responsibilities
Actually decreases, This Causes your stress level
To rise, Because you are not meeting your own
Set of goals, This causes more stress.
Here are some reasons why,
One reason is if you are not getting enough sleep
because of too much thinking inside your head,
Then you are not doing your best at work or
other things you need to get done. Because your
Worn out after a while, Of this kind of stressful lifestyle.
Or you could be self medicating on booze or drugs,
This will in itself wear you down.
Soon Your World Will Start crashing down.
This Takes some time, And everyone is different.
But When you lose things like work,
You Also lose things like money. And losing money
Causes stress in many ways, Not Paying bills
causes more stress.
And believe it or not, No matter what they say
Being low on funds puts huge strains on relationships.
This Also causes more stress.
Also a huge stress factor is health.
If you have found out your health is not so good,
The last thing you need is having this ongoing
debate with yourself. In Your head, About all the negatives
That come with your illness.
Or The same with a illness of a loved one ,
Or someone you take care of.
These Factors all add to your level of stress..
And contribute to your mental activity..

Severe worrying or total mental stress,
You are super lucky.
Because its getting to be a lot more common.
More and more people are coming under severe stress
And constant worrying than ever before.
Bills and jobs seem to be the biggest factor,
With health and relationships, And Politics
and even the war, Are on the rise of peoples
worries. Fore closers on homes are rising ,
Energy and fuel costs are way up
Jobs that support families are hard to find.
There is plenty to worry about.
But There Is Good News, You Can Get Help
For This Mental stress and constant worrying.
Thats Got to be taking its toll on you ,
Depending on how long you have been
under this stress.
