If your attacks are particularly severe then it may be better to talk to your doctor. They will be able to assess your condition and decide whether or not medication would be appropriate for you. Some medication can be a useful way to avoid a panic attack because medication takes away the anxiety so that it doesn’t even occur in the first place. However there are many potential side effects that you could suffer from because of medication so it would be better to try out natural techniques first if possible.

Overall when looking at how to avoid panic attack, it is better to think of it more in terms of prevention than avoidance. Avoidance can cause your anxiety to become worse so learning control techniques is definitely a better way to go about it.
