By Curtis Dawson
A panic attack occurs when your brain suspects something dangerous and sends adrenaline through your body. Some say that a panic attack is the most frightening and painful experience you can imagine. The most common symptoms of an attack are shortness of breath and chest pain or tightness. Panic attacks are treatable but it is up to you to put in the effort.
The first thing you will want to do is find out what is triggering these attacks. What is causing these panic attacks? You can not find a solution unless you know the problem.
As soon as you have figured out what is causing the attacks to form then you can find a natural solution. For example let’s say you are afraid to make a speech in public. Every time you get in front of a large audience you freeze up and you start getting a panic attack. Well you know that public speaking is defiantly the problem right? Now you have to figure out what will resolve this problem. Many people are just scared of an audience and there are different solutions. One solution would be to imagine the audience in there underwear. It may seem stupid but it has worked before.
Panic attacks are not to be taken lightly. The symptoms of a panic attack can be fatal if not taken care of. If you have had 5 or more panic attacks and have a fear of getting another one then it might just be turning into a panic disorder, which is not good.
