Overcoming a Panic Attack

Experts says that there are many different causes of panic attacks but others say that they have had panic attacks for no particular reason. The main reasons people get panic attacks are related to stress, anxiety or both.. The main way of overcoming a panic attack is to target what triggers it and reduce the likeliness of that problem to reoccur.
Everyone in this world experiences anxiety a few times in there life. Some people even experience anxiety a few times a day. The best way to solve this problem is to figure out how you can manage it. While going through anxiety you may want to think to yourself “What is causing this problem and what are some ways I can make it go away”.
The main symptoms of panic attacks include heavy chest pain and having trouble breathing. Other not so common symptoms include: fainting, feeling like your having a heart attack, dizziness, feeling sick,choking or smothering, feeling like your losing your mind, and feeling very weak. It starts when a switch in your mind know as Amygdala, a decision making organ in the center of the brain, is turned on.
It is not impossible to overcome a panic attack. With the right determination and motivating you can reduce the risk of panic attacks permanently.
If you are a sufferer of panic or anxiety attacks than you should record each one you have and determine what triggered it. Then think of ways of reducing what triggered your attack.
