Got Problems? This Is A Good Thing

By Dan Bimrose

Are you currently having difficulties with your life? Did you fix one area of your life only to encounter another problem? That is great! No I am not going to tell you how a problem simply represents an opportunity to fix it although that is quite true.

What does the fact that you are having problems actually mean? It is simple. It means you are alive. You are a living and breathing human being.

I know it seems that every time you take care of one problem another one shows up but such is life. You may enjoy a period of time where everything is going your way and nothing can bring you down but these times are rarely for extended periods.

The most important thing is to accept the fact that problems do occur and they must be corrected or dealt with.

What is the best way to accomplish this? One problem at a time. Accept that you can correct the problem and that you will persevere despite the odds.

Do everything you can do that day and then leave it alone until you can take further action. Do not dwell for it does no good.

I learned very early that time does heal all wounds. Everything gets better with time. Think of your past problems. Did they not get fixed? Did not the passage of time help you to forget, forgive and heal?

Just like your body will eventually heal a cut, your mind with the proper attitude combined with the proper action can heal the proverbial curve balls that life throws at you.

If you wait out the storm the sun will certainly shine again. A trite statement, but true nonetheless.

It is impossible to eliminate problems from entering your life. With practice however, you can learn to accept them as inevitable and also to correct them with efficiency and grace.
